Simon Fitzgeorge MCIPD has over 25 years of international experience of management development and learning consultancy and has been a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 1987.

Karen Mack BA ACA a Chartered Accountant, has over 11 years of international experience of training, development and learning consultancy.

Alison McDowell is an employment law specialist and training consultant, with international experience specialising in employment law, human resource management, leadership development and organisational development.

Who are The Preston Partnership?

The Preston Partnership Ltd was formed whilst walking in the garden of the Preston Manor in Brighton in June 1999. Although we are a full limited company we embrace the ethos of a true partnership. Those that choose to join 'Team TPP' do so in the belief that they have much to give and plenty to gain. Likewise we seek a relationship with our clients akin to a partnership.

For our clients partnering with the team brings benefits beyond the business results improvement that the development assignment is to deliver. In partnership, the way we work together enriches the experience and leaves a lasting imprint. Client partners gain greater knowledge, awareness and the legacy of best practice.

Over the past 10 years we have worked with organisations from most industry sectors and in the UK and overseas. Our client list spans public and private sector organisations and includes many global brands and familiar names.

 

The Preston Partnership work with companies of all sizes. Some of our clients are very large companies and several employ fewer than fifty people. This means we are at least a few rungs up the ladder of understanding when it comes to us fully appreciating the challenges that our clients face. Our experience has however definitely taught us to never think that we already know enough about the client, this is why we invest significantly in finding out all we can about our partners.
